Denise Stump

Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources

Denise was named executive vice president in February 2003. She is responsible for the worldwide activities of human resources, corporate affairs and environmental health, safety and security.

Since joining the Company in September 2000, she has served as vice president, Technology & Operations; vice president, Human Resources, North America; and senior vice president, Human Resources Worldwide.

Prior to joining ScottsMiracle-Gro, Denise was director, Human Resources, with the Ross Products Division of Abbott Laboratories.

Denise received a bachelor's degree in business and organizational communications from The Ohio State University.
