Jim Gimeson

Global Strategy Leader

Jim was named Global Strategy Leader in January 2012 and is accountable for driving increased growth, value and cost productivity for the Company through the management of processes that will enhance visibility, measurement and accountability of strategic initiatives including the exploration of acquisitions and strategic alliances.

Most recently, Jim was vice president, Global Procurement, an assignment he began in January 2011. He joined the Company in April 2008. Prior to joining ScottsMiracle-Gro, Jim was president and chief operating officer for the Longaberger Company.

Jim earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Muskingum University and completed his MBA at The Ohio State University.
